At the Chophouse of Chapin we proudly offer an in-house Tallow aged steaks - a Chef selected ribeye that is encased in rendered steak trimmings, then aged for 60 days and hand-cut to perfections, a full bar with a wide variety of spirits selected by our award-winning bar staff, and wine that pairs perfectly with your menu selection.
