South Carolina Restaurant Week at the Chophouse

Get your taste buds ready and bring your appetites as we kickoff an eleven-day celebration of delicious food.

Join us for the tastiest time of the year from 4pm to 10pm on Thursday, January 13th through Sunday, January 23rd. We will be offering a delicious 3-Course Prix Fixe menu for $75/person (excluding tax and gratuity).

FIRST COURSE

Roasted Bone Marrow; brioche toast, soft egg, parsley vinaigrette, pickled mustard seed

Mini Pork Osso Bucco; sofrito, parmesan stone ground Adluh grits, crisp sage

Braised Chicken Thigh, Korean bbq butter, kimchi fritters, marinated cucumber salad, Korean mustard

Fried Burrata; romesco, blistered cherry tomatoes, crisp bread

SECOND COURSE

She Crab Soup; blackened shrimp, grissini, chive, crème fraiche

Smoked Salmon Niçoise; hard egg, green beans, cherry tomatoes, baby potatoes, black olives, cucumber, anchovy vinaigrette

Arugula Salad; radicchio, apple, crispy country ham, brioche bacon fat croutons, dijon-shallot vinaigrette

THIRD COURSE

8oz NY Strip Filet
Fondant potatoes; cippolini onion, smoked mushroom duxelles, sauce bordelaise

Chicken Breast; Chorizo & sweet potato hash, Tuscan kale, black beans, cilantro pesto

Market Fish; lemon & thyme-crab risotto, wilted spinach, crab butter

Scallops; sweet onion broth, butternut squash ravioli, braised pork, crisp leeks

We will also be offering a wine pairing menu with the perfect picks by the glass and by the bottle for each course.
